PageUni apps includes various trigger targeting rules and audience targeting rules. You can add them to your timer campaign from the Targeting tab in the builder.

How to Add Trigger Targeting Rule

To add a trigger rule, head to the Targeting tab in the campaign builder. Under the "Trigger targeting" section, click "Add rule." When the popup appears, choose the rule type you need and add it to your campaign.

How to Add Audience Targeting Rule

Open the Targeting tab in the campaign builder, click "Add rule" under "Audience targeting," then pick the rule you need from the popup and add it to your campaign.
